KARACHI — Former federal minister and core leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) Khawaja Saad Rafiq said the meeting with Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PMLF) chief Pir Pagara on impending elections was productive.

This conversation will have a beneficial conclusion, and both sides have decided to continue similar talks in the future with a constructive attitude, according to the PMLN leader.

He went on to say that the meeting with Pir Pagara was held on the orders of PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif.

The gathering also included PMLN leader Ayaz Sadiq and Bashir Memon.

“We came here on the orders of Nawaz Sharif.” The meeting with the Pir was quite nice. “I hope such meetings continue to be productive in the future,” Saad remarked.
