ISLAMABAD- The Supreme Court delivered a comprehensive ruling of the NAB modifications case hearing on October 31 on Saturday.
According to the written ruling, the Supreme Court has given the PTI head the option to appear before the court.
A copy of the order was ordered to be forwarded to the PTI head in Adiala Jail by the court.
Notices have been sent to Pakistan’s attorney general and all provincial advocate generals. The notification would be delivered to the PTI chief via the prison superintendent.
This case was heard by a five-member court led by Chief Justice Faez Isa.
In the NAB amendments case, the PTI head is the primary applicant.
