ISLAMABAD : On Monday, Abdul Aleem Khan, the leader of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP), and Sadiq Sanjrani, the acting president, discussed the political climate in Pakistan.
Aleem made Sanjrani a visit at her home and offered his condolences for the passing of the acting president’s aunt.
Sanjrani has already given the Finance Bill 2023 his okay. The National Assembly recently adopted the measure.
The yearly budget for 2023–24, with a total expenditure of Rs14.48 trillion, is focused on economic stability, sustainable and inclusive growth, as well as reducing inflationary pressures.
In the absence of President Dr. Arif Alvi, Sanjrani has been given the responsibility of acting president. Prior to this, President Alvi and his family had been to Saudi Arabia to undertake the Hajj.
