The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly has rejected a no-confidence vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Qasim Suri, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, has rejected Prime Minister Imran Khan’s no-confidence motion, calling it a violation of Article 5 of the Constitution.

Shortly after the session began, Fawad Chaudhry, Minister of Information, stated that under Article 5, every citizen’s primary obligation is to be loyal to the state.
