ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – While welcoming the arrival of delegates for the next Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers meeting on Saturday, the unified opposition pledged not to influence the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) conference in any manner.

According to the joint statement, the joint opposition warmly welcomed foreign ministers, delegations, and other dignitaries from across the globe to Pakistan for the 48th summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) council of Foreign Ministers.
It was also said in the statement that the opposition party leaders are delighted to learn of the prominent visitors’ presence and have praised their passion and devotion.

The statement said, “We look forward to greeting the respected individuals who will be visiting Islamabad on the 22nd and 23rd of March 2022 to discuss the numerous challenges confronting the Islamic world, including Afghanistan, Occupied Kashmir, and Palestine.”

On the behaviour of Pakistanis, the unified opposition assured foreign visitors that the people of Pakistan will be glad to welcome them. The opposition also stated that they will make every effort to give a nice atmosphere while maintaining the essence of traditional charms and hospitality.

We will try our best to create an atmosphere in which the distinguished visitors can devote their entire attention to their business, according to the statement.

It was also said that the unified opposition has postponed their long march due to the arrival of distinguished visitors, and that their workers are not permitted to approach Islamabad until March 25.

Pakistan’s own political instability and political turbulence will have no bearing on the OIC. We hope that the distinguished visitors’ stay in Islamabad will be enjoyable and that they will return home with fond recollections, according to the statement.
