SHIKARPUR – Nine persons were killed in a shooting incident between the Junejo and Kalhorro tribes at a hamlet near Madiji.

Rocket launchers were also employed in the clash, according to reports.

After receiving information about the accident, police responded to the scene and took control of the situation.

The police officers reported that the shooting began over an agricultural land dispute.

More police officers have been stationed in the neighbourhood.
