ISLAMABAD (Politico.pk) Aleema Khan, the sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, failed to appear before the JIT on Friday, which is investigating anti-state propaganda on social media.

However, Aleema Khan’s legal representatives came before the JIT. JIT has once again summoned Aleema Khan to appear before it on March 26. JIT has summoned 17 individuals, including Aleema Khan. Aleema Khan’s counsel, Ayesha Khalid, appeared before the JIT. The JIT questioned Aleema Khan’s counsel for five hours.

PTI Senator Aon Abbas also appeared before the JIT and was questioned about the anti-state movement on social media. JIT members were present at the police line Islamabad, and JIT is now investigating under the command of IG Islamabad.
