The Jahangir Tareen (JKT) group, an organisation of PTI defectors made up of former parliamentarians and ministers, has stated that it would run in the forthcoming elections with the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN).
Ata Tarar, the prime minister’s spokeswoman, made this announcement.

He praised the “PTI quitters” for sticking steadfastly with the state of Pakistan rather than the vandals who assaulted the government buildings and set fire to the sensitive facility.
