On Wednesday, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) reached an agreement on a collaborative plan to ensure peace and prosperity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to reports, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi convened a significant meeting of both the PML-N and the PPP at the request of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari.

The meeting was attended by Rana Sanaullah, Amir Muqam, Sardar Yousuf, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha, Shuja Khanzada, and Ahmed Karim Kundi.

During the discussion, it was decided to create a joint plan for the country’s sustainable development.

The partnered parties have voiced concern over unrest, economic crises, and political instability in KP.

It was resolved to contact like-minded political parties to improve the province.

Both sides decided to continue the consultation process in order to promote the province’s overall prosperity.

The participants paid glowing tributes to law enforcement agencies (LEAs) and martyrs who gave their lives for the cause of their nation.
