Butler, Pennsylvania (AP) – With a large backpack on his back, the young man was walking around the perimeter of the Donald Trump campaign rally, scanning the roofs behind the stage where the former president was scheduled to speak in just one hour via the lens of a rangefinder.
Due to his peculiar behavior, which set him apart from the other rally participants, local law officers noticed, voiced their worries, and took a picture. Then then, he was gone.
