On December 18, the PHC will hear the PTI’s petition for judicial election monitoring.

PESHAWAR — A hearing date has been set for a plea filed by a lawyer linked with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf requesting the judiciary’s supervision of the forthcoming general elections.

According to reports, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) will hear the petition filed by PTI lawyer Moazzam Butt on Monday, December 18.

The petition will be heard by a two-member bench comprised of Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmed.

The court has already served notice to the parties.
