Four terrorists were killed in a violent exchange of fire between the Pakistan Army and militants in the Makin region of South Waziristan on Wednesday.
During an intensive exchange of fire, Captain Saad Bin Amir and Lance Naik Riaz accepted shahadat, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
To eradicate any remaining militants in South Waziristan, a clearing effort is being carried out to purify the area.
The ISPR added in a statement that the Pakistan Army is dedicated to remove the threat of terrorism, and that such sacrifices by heroic commanders and troops would only reinforce their determination.
