In the early hours of Wednesday, a special Boeing-777 plane from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) landed in Islamabad from Poland, bringing 230 Pakistanis who had been stranded in Ukraine due to the Russia-Ukraine situation.
Polish Ambassador Maciej Pisarski, his wife Justyna Maria Pisarski, Foreign Secretary Sohail Mehmood, and PIA officials greeted the evacuated Pakistanis at the airport.
