RAWALPINDI (Reuters) – On Saturday, Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s family was not permitted to meet with him.
According to Mr Qureshi’s counsel, Barrister Taimoor Malik, the PTI’s vice chairman’s daughter waited for hours before leaving without seeing him.
Mr Malik went on to say that the PTI’s vice chairman refused to sign any affidavit that may jeopardise his political and democratic rights.
He emphasised that Mr. Qureshi might be transferred to the Attock prison tonight, which would be a breach of the court’s instructions.
