PESHAWAR : Mushtaq Ghani, the speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, said on Monday that if the KP governor did not declare the election date by tomorrow, he will take the case to the Supreme Court (Tuesday).

Mr. Ghani warned that the governor would be held in contempt of court and subject to article 6 sanctions if he didn’t publish the election date by tomorrow.

He said that he will protest to Pakistan’s Supreme Court against the governor of the KP for refusing to cooperate in a constitutional problem.
